Parma, Italy. The Food Valley of Italy. Where parmigiano reggiano, prosciutto di Parma is from — and next town over is Modena, where the traditional balsamic vinegar is created. Wow. We had a great trip in September 2018. Here’s a short video.


In Sicily, I got to visit the town where my paternal grandparents are from. The food — like sciaccia and ragu with chunks of pork — were the same that I grew up with! We visited Cefalu, Palermo and Modica, too. Just great! Here’s a short video of the highlights.
