  13. Hey there, I watched your segment on Channel 4 the other day where you demo’d 2 types of dishes in the little pastry cups. One was sweet (cannoli) and one was savory (cheese and meat) , If I remember correctly. I have searched your site and More at midday recipes and cannot find it… I know it was simple, but maybe it is listed or attached to another recipe group… can you help me? thanks so much.

    • Hi Sheila,
Thanks so much for your note. Sometimes the station is a little late getting recipes posted. I just wrote to find out when it will be up. If not by end of day I’ll post the recipe here. Thanks again. All best,
      Paulette

  15. Paulette, one day I am going to have the time to attend your classes. I dream of your lovely homemade pastas, handmade and perfectly sauced. Or going with you to Italy to wander around in your world of pasta places.

  16. So sorry but how do I see what classes you have available and where to sign up for them? The address “gmail.com” thing is confusing to me. 😦
